Namco thread rolls are made from the highest quality grades of high speed steel and ground using the latest CNC thread grinding technology. Powder metallurgy HSS  grades,  custom heat-treatment and wear-resistant surface treatments ensure superior tool performance in high-demand applications. We supply all common ISO, UNF, UNC, BSP and Whitworth forms, MJ and UNJ aerospace forms, Trapezoidal and Acme forms as well as our customers’ own special demands.

Axial Rolls

Our vast programme covers virtually all axial thread rolling heads used In industry today, including:

Namco has developed a full manufacturing programme to meet the increasing demand from users of Fette E-style radial rolling heads.
